Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine customer satisfaction with services of fitness center TJ Slovácká Slavia Uherské Hradiště, or determine the causes of their dissatisfaction and suggest some possible solutions that could lead to increase of their satisfaction. The research was conducted using a written questionnaire. The measurement of customer satisfaction was realized on the basis of these questionnaires and then some solutions were suggested.
