dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je zjistit spokojenost zákazníků se službami fitcentra TJ Slovácká Slavia Uherské Hradiště, popřípadě zjistit příčiny jejich nespokojenosti a navrhnout možná řešení, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení jejich spokojenosti. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí písemného dotazníku. Na základě těchto dotazníků bylo provedeno měření spokojenosti zákazníků a navrhnuta možná řešení.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine customer satisfaction with services of fitness center TJ Slovácká Slavia Uherské Hradiště, or determine the causes of their dissatisfaction and suggest some possible solutions that could lead to increase of their satisfaction. The research was conducted using a written questionnaire. The measurement of customer satisfaction was realized on the basis of these questionnaires and then some solutions were suggested.en
