Stanovení výkonových norem pro vybrané výrobky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice stanovení výkonových norem pro vybrané výrobky ve strojírenském podniku. V úvodní teoretické části je představeno rozdělení spotřeby času a norem spotřeby práce, jsou popsány metody stanovení norem spotřeby práce a metody měření spotřeby času. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu vybraných činností na montáži opticko–mechanických výrobků. Na dílčích podsestavách vybraných výrobků jsou aplikovány tyto metody stanovení výkonových norem: metoda kvalifikovaného odhadu, metoda rozborově chronometrážní a metoda Basic MOST.

This diploma thesis concentrates on the issue of establishment of standard times for selected products in the engineering company. In the introductory and theoretical part of this thesis, the division of time consumption and standard times of work consumption is introduced as well as the methods of work consumption time establishment and the methods of time consumption measurements are described. An analysis of the current status of selected operations is performed on the optical-mechanical products assembly in the practical part of this thesis. These methods of standard time establishment are applied to component subassemblies of selected products: the method of qualified estimate, analytically chronometrical method and the Basic Most method.
