Vliv nastavení podmínek simulace na přesnost výsledků analýzy kovacího procesu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the setting of the input parameters of the simulation and its influence on the results of the forging process analysis. The aim is to achieve more realistic results of the forging process analysis, comparison of the currently used conditions with the conditions modified in the Simufact Forming 15.0 program. The theoretical part will focus on the technologies used in forging processes, introduction of the company and the simulation program. The practical part will deal with specific modifications of input parameters and the impact on the simulation results. In the end, there will be a comparison of the changes achieved and their benefits.
