Abstract
The master thesis deals with a gears producing by additive technology as 3D print and preparing for fatigue testing. In the thesis are described certain technologies of 3D print, that can be used to print from metal and there are described advantages and disadvantages. The next point is devoted to type of fatigue testing, that can be commonly used to gears. There are described advantages and disadvantages types of fatigue testing and usability. The practical part deals with design geometry of a gear and testing clamps. In the same part is also chosen type of material a gear and testing clamps. Using the FEM is done strength analysis of designed gear and testing clamps.
