Analýza konkurence společnosti v oblasti telekomunikačních služeb

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurence společnosti v oblasti telekomunikačních služeb. Analyzovanou společností je PODA a.s. V diplomové práci je provedena analýza vnějšího prostředí, a to především PEST analýza, analýza konkurence a analýza vnitřního prostředí, zahrnující finanční analýzu. Výsledky analýzy jsou poté shrnuty ve SWOT analýzy, která slouží jako podklad pro konkrétní strategická doporučení společnosti, která byla analyzována v praktické části práce.

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the Company in the Field of Telecommunication Services. The company which is analyzed is PODA a.s. In the diploma thesis is performed analysis of the external environment, especially PEST analysis, competitor analysis and analysis of the internal environment including financial analysis. The results of the analysis are then summarized in the SWOT analysis, which serves as a basis for a concrete recommendation for the company that was analyzed in the practical part of the thesis.
