Návrh a implementace testovacích scénářů pro autonomní řízení ve virtuálním prostředí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of test scenarios for autonomous driving systems in a virtual environment. The thesis provides an overview of available simulation tools and utilizes the CARLA Simulator as the implementation platform. Part of the solution is a custom map model created in RoadRunner, based on a real traffic situation near a shopping center in Ostrava-Poruba. A set of test scenarios is designed and programmed on this map as well as on standard simulator maps. These scenarios represent traffic situations such as turning at an intersection, avoiding obstacles, reacting to pedestrians, or yielding to vehicles with the right of way. The behavior of actors in the scenarios is controlled by Python scripts using the available API.
