Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the process of deep drawing of the outer back door of the fourth generation Tucson automobile model. The introductory section introduces Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech, s. r. o. and the manufacturing technology of the specified deep drawn part made from SGACUD-E material, with its mechanical properties determined through tensile testing. Subsequently, the individual steps of scanning the drawing tool using a Leica scanning system and the creation of a digital model of the drawing tool in the form of NURBS surfaces are described. The following part of the thesis concentrates on computer simulation using Pam Stamp Professional 2022 and evaluating critical points on the deep drawn part and the distribution of a set of points representing actual deformations of the deep drawn part in a forming limit diagram. Then, the process of applying a deformation mesh to four SGACUD-E sheet metal blanks and evaluating critical points using the ARGUS optical system from MCAE Systems, s. r. o. in ZEISS INSPECT Correlate is described. Subsequently, the results obtained from numerical simulation in Pam-Stamp Professional 2022 are compared with those obtained from the ARGUS optical system. The conclusion of the thesis presents strategies for preventing the occurrence of cracks and wrinkling on the deep drawn part of the outer back door of the fourth-generation Tucson model.
