Abstract

In this diploma thesis I will deal with the design of a machine for weaving card stock for "knitting" of straps or straps. The machine will be used to facilitate weaving or knitting ribbons of different designs and motifs. The beginning of the diploma thesis will be devoted to the problems of knitting, searching of patent databases, examination of the market, as well as search of found weaving and knitting machines. The second part of the thesis will deal with design solutions, machine design and drive options. The third part will deal with the strength analysis of the wave, I will perform the stress tests on the individual yarns of the wool, for the selection of the prestressing, then the finite element analysis will be performed. Part of the thesis is in the annexes complete drawing documentation according to the final solution. Also, according to the time options, a prototype of the machine will be created.
