Finanční benchmarking dvou vybraných konkurenčních průmyslových podniků

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on financial benchmarking of two selected competing industrial companies, namely Tawesco s.r.o. and KLEIN automotive s.r.o., both engaged in the production of automotive industry parts. The goal of the thesis is to conduct financial analysis of both companies and the subsequent financial benchmarking results of which will be used to develop measures to improve the financial health and increase competitiveness of both companies. The financial analysis and benchmarking will be conducted on the basis of chosen ratios.
