dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce je finanční benchmarking dvou vybraných konkurenčních průmyslových podniků. Pro finanční benchmarking jsou zvoleny podniky Tawesco s.r.o. a KLEIN automotive s.r.o, zabývající se výrobou dílů pro automobilový průmysl. Cílem práce je zpracovat návrh opatření ke zlepšení finančního zdraví podniků a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. Tomuto cíli předchází finanční analýza podniků a následně finanční benchmarking s vyhodnocením výsledků benchmarkingu. Finanční analýza a benchmarking je proveden na základě zvolených poměrových ukazatelů.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis focuses on financial benchmarking of two selected competing industrial companies, namely Tawesco s.r.o. and KLEIN automotive s.r.o., both engaged in the production of automotive industry parts. The goal of the thesis is to conduct financial analysis of both companies and the subsequent financial benchmarking results of which will be used to develop measures to improve the financial health and increase competitiveness of both companies. The financial analysis and benchmarking will be conducted on the basis of chosen ratios.en
