Diagnostika obráběcího stroje pomocí systému Renishaw QC20-W Ballbar - CNC frézka

Abstract

The Master´s thesis deals with the problematic of machine tools accuracy, in this case, a CNC milling machine. The theory as well as the basic issues of accuracy of its measurement, including a precision machining, is elaborated in the introduction. The main part of the Master´s thesis consists of experimental part, which deals with a diagnosis of CNC milling machine using a Ballbar QC20-W measuring instrument from the Renishaw company. Conclusions on individual measurements were specified on the basis of practical anlysis. Its results in the form of graphs and circularity deviations are indicated in an electronic form on a CD.
