Sekvenční plánování výroby systémem Heijunka

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with one of methods of lean production called Heijunka and ways how to level production of similar products at assembly line according to this method. Theoretical part of the thesis shows history and structure of Toyota Production System, where is also Heijunka as one of its 13 pillars. Practical part of the thesis describes actual production data in company, which produces electrotechnical products, and proposal of possible way to maybe make it better.
