Racionalizace obrábění štítu elektromotoru

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the machining of the bearing shields of the electric motors. The introduction of this thesis is about functions and issues of machinig of these complicated components. The main part deals with the clamping of the shields and propose a suitable material of the clamping segments. Endurance is tested on these segments, followed by the tests in practice on the machine tool. The emphasis is put on wear of individual samples. The vitality of different materials are based on visual control. The types of segments are compared after the test and the most suitable one is selected. The technical - economic evaluation of the proposed solution is included in the last part of the thesis.
