Bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací poznatků lidského činitele v prostředí letecké údržbové organizace. V úvodu jsou popsány vlivy, se kterými má daná problematika vzhledem k vývoji letectví úzkou souvislost. Následují požadavky předpisů legislativního rámce a rozbor s doporučenými materiály a komentářem vztahujícími se k provozu v zemích Evropského společenství se zaměřením na Českou republiku. V závěru práce je zhodnocen současný stav využití znalostí lidského činitele v letectví. Celý text je doplněn příklady, které by měly zajistit co nejlepší porozumění řešené problematiky a pomoci tak jejímu zavedení do systémů letecké údržbové organizace.

This thesis deals with the application of the knowledge of the human factor in the surroundings of an aircraft maintenance organization. In the introduction, the influences closely related to the given problems and regarding the development of aviation are described. The next section discusses the requirements for regulations within the legislative framework and an analysis with recommended materials and commentary concerning operations in countries of European Association focusing on the Czech Republic. In the conclusion, the current state of the art in the utilisation of the knowledge of the human factor in aviation is appraised. The entire text is supplemented with examples which should ensure the best possible understanding of the problems discussed and help their implementation in the systems of an aircraft maintenance organization.
