Využití automatické změny posuvové rychlosti v řídícím systému Heidenhain

Abstract

Thesis deals with the issue of adaptive feed control (AFC) in the Heidenhain control system. Specifically, its operation and advantages. The goal is to understand this function and experiment with the setup of this function. The description of this system is the main focus of the theoretical part. The practical part focuses on the experiment with the AFC function, where there is 1 experiment without using the AFC function and then 3 experiments with the AFC function. The experiments with AFC function were performed with spindle load ref. at 14%, 18% and 22%. Subsequently, the obtained data are evaluated (cutting times, VBD life, cutting forces and material removed) and compared. In the final section, the results obtained are compared and recommendations for practical application are given.
