Abstract

The presented thesis analyses the implementation of SAP information system for Human Resources in Unipetrol Group. The first part provides the description of existing systems and applications in individual companies. It is followed by the reason explanation for information system change and there is also a basic description of SAP system. The next part is focused on data migration preparation and required settings of implemented Human Resources module components. The practical part is closed by the chapter that addresses the connection between SAP and Lotus Domino database. In the end of my thesis there is an implementation summary and evaluation.
