Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis “Comparison of Judicial and Administrative Execution” is clarify execution, its type and methods the enforcement on monetary and non-monetary fulfilment of execution, profession of judicial executor and also to design verbal and telephone questioning including of description cases history if consensus and differences both of executions. The thesis itself is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical. The theoretical part describes basic terminology related to execution. The practical part focuses on procedures of body during method of execution. The aim of this thesis is to discover consensus and differences during procedures of body of judicial and administrative execution.
