Rotační síto na kompost

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zařízením pro přesívání a provzdušňování kompostu pro domácí použití. Hlavní funkcí je pomocí rotace rotačního bubnu s otvory v plášti a přehazování kompostu uvnitř k rozmělnění a následnému propadnutí pod tento buben. V teoretické části je popsána samotná problematika kompostování, zobrazeny možné řešení z patentové databáze a provedena rešerše trhu s těmito zařízeními. V praktické části je provedena konstrukce samotného rotačního síta, popsána jeho funkce, proveden návrh samotného pohonu zařízení, proveden návrh a kontrola hlavní hřídele pohonu, návrh a kontrola samotného rotačního bubnu a rámu, včetně jeho částí, ověřena snadná manipulace se zařízením a popsány bezpečností prvky zařízení. Následně vypracována výkresová dokumentace celé sestavy a výrobní výkres rotačního bubnu.

The diploma thesis deals with a device for sieving and aerating compost for home use. The main function is to rotate a rotating drum with holes in the casing and toss the compost inside to grind it and then fall under this drum. The theoretical part describes the problem of composting itself, shows possible solutions from the patent database and conducts a market research of these devices. In the practical part, the construction of the rotary screen itself is carried out, its function is described, the design of the device drive itself is carried out, the design and inspection of the main drive shaft is carried out, the design and inspection of the rotary drum and frame itself, including its parts, verifies the ease of handling of the device and describes the safety features of the device. Subsequently, the drawing documentation of the entire assembly and the production drawing of the rotary drum are prepared.
