Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with market research in a specific firm and is divided into five main chapters. The introductory chapter briefly describes the objective of the work and the way it was accomplished. The following chapter is devoted to market research and it contains all relevant information related to it. We can include the division of markets, marketing environment, marketing information system and marketing research here. The third chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the company. The fourth chapter is practical and its main part is an analysis of information obtained by questionnaire. Based on the information a draft of promotional activities and participation in new projects was prepared. The final chapter is an overall summary.
