Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of sudden forced transition to distance learning. The main goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to create a proposal of the optimazation of theaching system for distance learning in the Human factor in aviation. within the fulfillment of this goal, partial goals were set. Those goals are analysis of differences between classical and distance learning, analysis of usable tools for distance learning and proposal for the optimalization of the teaching system for the subject Human factor in Aviation.
