Abstract

The subject of the thesis entitled “Assessment of Employee Appraisal System in a Selected Company” is the issue of employee evaluation. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the existing employee appraisal system and propose modifications to improve it. The thesis is divided into seven sections. The theoretical part of the thesis describes general definitions and concepts related to evaluation. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of company X, the analysis of the current evaluation system at branch Y and the analysis of the questionnaire survey. In the conclusion, steps to optimize the system are proposed, thus fulfilling the aim of the thesis.
