Abstract

NOVOTNÁ, L.: Analysis of the buildability of the Z266 and Z267 areas, Karviná, Diploma thesis. Ostrava. The aim of this thesis is to process an analysis of the Z266 and Z267 areas in the Karviná city and subsequently subdivide them with regard to the land-use plan and the limits of the area under consideration. This work is divided into two parts, namely the textual part and the graphic part. The textual part of the thesis consists of theoretical foundations, characterization of the city, and a detailed analysis of the resolved area with subsequent solution possibilities. The solution also includes the design of technical and transportation infrastructure and financial evaluation of the proposal. The drawing part serves as a visual complement and treasure for the textual section.
