Abstract

NOVOTNÁ, L.: Analýza zastavitelnosti území Z266 a Z267, Karviná, Diplomová práce. Ostrava. Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování analýzy ploch Z266 a Z267 ve městě Karviná a jejich následné rozparcelování s ohledem na územní plán a limity řešeného území. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část textovou a část grafickou. Textová část diplomové práce se sestává z teoretických východisek, charakterizaci města a detailní analýzou řešeného území a následné možnosti řešení. Řešení zahrnuje také návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktura. Výkresová část slouží jako vizuální doplnění a poklad pro textovou část.

The aim of this thesis is to process an analysis of the Z266 and Z267 areas in the Karviná city and subsequently subdivide them with regard to the land-use plan and the limits of the area under consideration. This work is divided into two parts, namely the textual part and the graphic part. The textual part of the thesis consists of theoretical foundations, characterization of the city, and a detailed analysis of the resolved area with subsequent solution possibilities. The solution also includes the design of technical and transportation infrastructure and financial evaluation of the proposal. The drawing part serves as a visual complement and treasure for the textual section.
