Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis and optimization of a selected logistics process with the aim of increasing its efficiency. The thesis begins with a review of the relevant literature and an introductory presentation of the company under study. This is followed by an analysis of the current state of the processes, during which key areas for improvement are identified. Based on these findings, specific measures are proposed to streamline the process and make better use of available resources. The thesis also includes an economic evaluation of the proposed solutions. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to increasing the company’s efficiency and competitiveness.
