Kontrola kvality s využitím průmyslového robotu a kamerové kontroly

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on quality control using an industrial robot and camera inspection. In the diploma thesis, familiarization with the robotic workplace "KUKA ready2_educate" and the issue of camera inspection is accomplished. The aim of the thesis is to create a demonstration task for camera inspection of a selected part using an industrial camera and an industrial robot. During the implementation of the demonstration task, emphasis was placed mainly on the implementation of all the necessary steps of camera inspection created using software from NI Vision Builder AI. The result of the diploma thesis is a fully functional demonstration task of the camera inspection of M24 matrices, which will serve students in teaching in the Smart Factory TL105 laboratory and promoting this laboratory during field trips.
