Optimalizace základového rámu čerpadla

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací základového rámu horizontálního odstředivého spirálního čerpadla. Optimalizace se týká hmotnostní úspory vhodnou konstrukční úpravou jednotlivých částí rámu. V úvodní části je provedena rešerše a konstrukční omezení vyplívající z legislativy. V další části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé konstrukční varianty a jejich výsledné pevnostní analýzy společně s kontrolou vlastních frekvencí a výchylek hřídelí. Práce je doplněna o nezbytné výpočty a výkresovou dokumentaci.

This thesis deals with the optimization of base frame for horizontal centrifugal spiral pump. Optimization refers to weight savings using suitable design modifications of parts of the frame. Introductory part contains literature search and design limits resulting from the legislation. The following sections discuss various design options and their resulting stress analysis together with the control of own frequencies and shaft deflections. Thesis is completed with the necessary calculations and drawings.
