Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with construction of smelting section of a lab smelter. Main goal is on securing higher usage of input material and its manipulation in the axis of the smelter. Such data is then applied on cooling of the shell and feed devices as well as on input and output of cooling water. In the introduction I intend to concentrate on presentation of the technology of precise automatic material delivery and positioning in the smelter sealing of smelter and connection of imput cooling water to cooling circuit. Following chapters contain calculations of input material feeder cooling and a technical report with description of functions. The report is divided into these sections - requirement list, functional structure, apparatus structure, constructional structure.
