Abstract

Master thesis describes the increase efficiency of the painting process in the automotive Industry (Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech sro). The aim is to trace and define defects in the technology of body painting, including proposals to streamline the during repairs of defects and repair procedures. The thesis also deals with improving technological procedure introducing new colors into production. Further finding the optimal solutions for re allover body spray. In the final part I present the technical - economic analysis of the proposed solutions and the benefits of this Thesis for the company.
