Optimalizace spotřeby časů v procesu výměny forem

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with an optimization of the time consumption while the moulds on the production machine are being replaced. The theoretical part contains background materials and possibilities for reduction of working time. The second part contains a description of the workplace, current way of replacing moulds, evaluation of time consumption and identification of a problem while replacing them. Next part of this thesis records losses found out by imaging and the implementation of the SMED method for optimizing of the moulds exchanging time. Another part of the thesis proposes a solution to eliminate unproductive times with a prediction of its contribution. In the summary of the bachelor thesis there is an evaluation of the contribution for the production company.
