Abstract
The thesis examined the customer attitude on the market of homemade soft drinks, which are produced in a leisure complex. Mlýn u vodníka Slámy is located in the small village of Haj ve Slezsku-Lhota. The aim of this thesis was to find out how customers perceive local homemade lemonade at the restaurant U Mlynáře, identify strengths and weaknesses of lemonades and propose a strategy that will lead to an increase in sales of homemade lemonade and increase customer loyalty.
