Návrh kontinuálního papírenského třídiče

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a continuous testing sorter for preparing papermaking material, with an emphasis on innovative elements and the optimization of existing technologies. The introductory section provides an overview of Bellmer, a significant company in the paper industry. Subsequently, it delves into the theory of paper production and the function of the continuous classifier, including the importance of bearings in this process. Another section of the thesis analyses the current design of the testing sorter. Specifically, it examines the possibility of improving the stator and a new method of shaft mounting, discussing alternative approaches to lubricating the sliding bushing and utilizing roller bearings as a replacement for the sliding bushing. The thesis conducts a detailed analysis and evaluation of the possibility of using a sliding bushing without mechanical sealing. The final section presents calculations necessary to achieve the defined objectives, including verification calculations for belt transmission, estimation of the sliding bearing's lifespan, and selection of suitable material for the bushing. This work provides a comprehensive view of the continuous sorting of paper materials and presents specific technical and design proposals for optimizing the paper production process.
