Abstract

This thesis focuses on the calculation and design of a sewage loading belt conveyor. In the first part of the thesis there is a research describing the possible implementation of truck loading by means of transport and handling equipment. Then a calculation of the basic parameters of the conveyor follows. In the next part is performed calculation by graphical-numerical method to determine the tension in the conveyor. For the position with the higher movement resistances, in the final part of the thesis a more precise calculation according to ČSN ISO 5048 is made, the drive si designed and strength calculations are performed.
