Abstract

The theme of bachelor thesis is remuneration of employees in selected organization. The aim is to implement analyse of a system of remuneration and evaluate, if it is suitable for the company. The bachelor thesis is divided into five parts. In the introduction we focus on substance of remuneration of employees. Theoretical data explain definitions and conceptions connected to the system of remuneration. Analytical part presents company, shows strong and weak sides of the company and survey in the organization, which was accomplished with the aid of questionnaire search. In another chapter we pay attention to suggestions and recommendations, which could help to improve existing system remuneration. The evaluation in the whole bachelor thesis is in the chapter entitled Closure.
