Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to identify competencies and propose their arrangement into a competency model for the role of HR manager at KVADOS, a.s. taking into account the specifics of that company has. The thesis consists of several parts. The theoretical part is devoted to an analysis of theoretical basis for the creation of a competency model. It describes the concepts, principles, rules and procedures of the competency model. The practical part in which it is first characterized KVADOS, a.s. also contains proposal of a competency model for the role of HR manager. The last parts of the proposals and recommendations that can be used to create a competency model in the organization.
