Testy keramických řezných nástrojů TaeguTec na materiálu 13MoCrV6 na simulátoru přerušovaného řezu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the testing of cutting tools in Interrupted Cut Simulator. In the beginning is distributed allocation problems and types of ceramic cutting tools, including their production and use. The experimental part consists of a description of the preparation, which is used to test for intermittent cutting lathes. The tests were used two types ceramic cutting plates from company TaeguTec. The material was embedded in the preparation steel 15 128 (13MoCrV6). The last part is focused on preparing tables containing values of the tests at different cutting parameters, preparation of charts, comparison of plates and subsequent conclusions.
