Hrubování hlavních hřídelů větrných elektráren

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje a srovnává technologii hrubování hlavních hřídelů větrných elektráren ve společnosti Vítkovice Heavy Machinery a.s. V úvodní části této práce je popsána teorie obrábění. Dále je vysvětlena problematika vyměnitelných břitových destiček. Následuje návrh technologie s popisem výrobní soustavy a technologickým postupem. Poté je popsána experimentální činnost. V závěru práce je popsáno technickoekonomické zhodnocení a výpočty. Práce obsahuje přílohy, jako jsou vlastní fotografie, obrázky a tabulka. Dále je v příloze výkresová dokumentace kovárenského výkresu a hrubovacího výkresu hlavního hřídele větrných elektráren.

Bachelor thesis describes and compares the roughing technology of the main shaft wind power plants in the company Vitkovice Heavy Machinery a.s. The introductory part of this thesis describes the machining theory. Further in thesis is explained the issue of indexable inserts. Followed by description of, manufacturing technology, production system, technological process and experimental part of thesis. The final part includes technical and economic evaluation and calculations. The work is supplemented with photos, pictures, tables, forging drawing and rough drawing of the main shaft of wind power plant.
