Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the internal and external environment of a selected company operating on the B2B market and identification and analysis of the most important competitors. On the basis of the information obtained, the current situation of the company is assessed and the companies are compared by financial analysis. At the end of the diploma thesis are proposed recommendations and measures for further development and improvement of competitive position.
