Analýza konkurence vybraného podniku

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí vybrané společnosti, která působí na B2B trhu a identifikace a analýza nejvýznamnější konkurence. Na základě získaných informací se hodnotí současná situace společnosti a podniky jsou porovnány pomocí finanční analýzy. Na závěr diplomové práce jsou navržena doporučení a opatření pro další rozvoj a zlepšení konkurenční pozice.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the internal and external environment of a selected company operating on the B2B market and identification and analysis of the most important competitors. On the basis of the information obtained, the current situation of the company is assessed and the companies are compared by financial analysis. At the end of the diploma thesis are proposed recommendations and measures for further development and improvement of competitive position.
