Abstract
HYKL, Tomáš. Static And Kinematic Analysis of the Lifting Mechanism. Ostrava, 2023. The bachelor thesis. VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava. Thesis leader: Doc. Ing. Jiří Podešva, Ph.D.
The bachelor thesis deals with the static and kinematic analysis of a lifting platform inspired by the Tatra MP27 lifting platform. Both kinematics and statics will be solved analytically using basic theoretical methods. The aim of the thesis is to fully link the kinematics and statics of the lift, where all resulting values depend only on the current position of the lift, and by subsequent verification of individual positions, to find extreme values of the position of the lifted platform, extreme values of the piston length, and critical values of piston forces and reactions in the hinge connections of the lift. The kinematics will deal with the position of the lift and the drive components in relation to the input coordinates. The static analysis will deal with the balance of the individual components of the lift and the coupling effects between them. Finally, the solution of the strength analysis under static loading of the lift arms will be demonstrated and compared with the legislative aspect of this issue.
