Abstract

This thesis deals with the rationalization of the type of product in the company LKF Kovo Ltd. In the beginning is the theoretical analysis of the issue. It is also carried out a survey of the current state of production and the analysis are determined by major shortcomings in the production process. They work out proposals for the rationalization process. Following application of the proposed rationalization and evaluation of results. Bachelor work is made more efficient production namely the reduction of production costs and shorten machining time by 40%.
