Návrh rámové konstrukce modelu jeřábu

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh a sestrojení rámové konstrukce modelu jeřábu. Součásti bakalářské práce je rešerše věnující se problematice analýzy dopravy materiálu při využití současného stavu provedení konstrukčních typů drapákových systémů, jejich rozdělením a členěním podle čelistí drapáku. Rešerše se také zabývá popisem drapákové jeřábové kočky a zařízením celého mostu. Ze stávající konstrukce byl vytvořen 3D model. Pro ověření konstrukce byly provedeny kontrolní výpočty zdvihového a pojezdového mechanismu s ohledem na využití v praxi. Z 3D modelu byla vytvořena výkresová dokumentace rámové konstrukce a mostového jeřábu. V závěrečné části práce je popsáno provedení zkoušek zatížení samotné konstrukce. Pomocí metody konečných prvků programu Autodesk Inventor byly propočítány teoretické deformace rámové konstrukce modelu jeřábu. Práce je zakončena popisem výroby a zobrazením konečného zpracování prototypu v dílnách institutu dopravy.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is to design and construct a frame construction of a crane model. Part of this paper is a background research devoted to the issue of analysing the transport of materials using the current state of implementation, the design of grabbing systems, their division and their classification by the jaws of the grabber. The background research also deals with the description of grab trolleys and the equipment of the whole bridge. Out of the existing design a 3D model was created. To verify the construction design, control calculations of lifting and travelling mechanism were made with respect to practical use. From the 3D model a design documentation of the frame construction and overhead crane was created. The final part of the thesis describes the implementation of tests of the construction itself. By the means of the final elements of the Autodesk Inventor program, the theoretical deformations of the frame construction of a crane model were calculated. The paper is concluded with a description of production and a presentation of final processing of the prototype in the workshop of the Institute of Transport.
