Web Platform for NeuroMedical Centers with Recommendation Ability

Abstract

Healthcare booking and communication between clinics and patients often involves unnecessary steps and complications. Based on experience working with clinics in the Czech Republic, this thesis identifies a clear problem: patients struggle to find the right clinic without help from agencies, while clinics lack modern tools to manage appointments and communicate with patients. This thesis presents a social media platform that solves these problems. The platform includes a smart recommendation system that matches patients with suitable clinics based on their needs and location. Key features include messaging, appointment booking, health posts, photo galleries, and user profiles. Security measures protect patient data and privacy. The system was built using Python Django and tested for functionality, security, and usability. This work provides a practical solution to healthcare communication challenges and creates opportunities for future development including telemedicine and advanced health analytics.
