Web Platform for NeuroMedical Centers with Recommendation Ability

Abstract

Healthcare booking and communication between clinics and patients often involves unnecessary steps and complications. Based on experience working with clinics in the Czech Republic, this thesis identifies a clear problem: patients struggle to find the right clinic without help from agencies, while clinics lack modern tools to manage appointments and communicate with patients. This thesis presents a social media platform that solves these problems. The platform includes a smart recommendation system that matches patients with suitable clinics based on their needs and location. Key features include messaging, appointment booking, health posts, photo galleries, and user profiles. Security measures protect patient data and privacy. The system was built using Python Django and tested for functionality, security, and usability. This work provides a practical solution to healthcare communication challenges and creates opportunities for future development including telemedicine and advanced health analytics.

Rezervace a komunikace mezi klinikami a pacienty často zahrnuje zbytečné kroky a komplikace. Na základě zkušeností s prací s klinikami v České republice tato práce identifikuje jasný problém: pacienti mají potíže najít správnou kliniku bez pomoci agentur, zatímco kliniky postrádají moderní nástroje pro správu termínů a komunikaci s pacienty. Tato bakalářská práce představuje webovou platformu, která tyto problémy řeší. Platforma zahrnuje systém chytrých doporučení, který páruje pacienty s vhodnými klinikami na základě jejich potřeb a lokace. Klíčové funkce zahrnují zasílání zpráv, rezervaci termínů, zdravotní příspěvky, fotogalerie a uživatelské profily. Bezpečnostní opat- ření chrání data a soukromí pacientů. Systém byl vytvořen pomocí Python Django a testován z hlediska funkčnosti, bezpečnosti a použitelnosti. Tato práce poskytuje praktické řešení výzev ve zdravotnické komunikaci a vytváří příležitosti pro budoucí rozvoj včetně telemedicíny a pokročilé zdravotní analytiky.
