Analýza chování ozubených kol na jehlových ložiscích a jeho vliv na záběr a hlučnost ozubení

Abstract

The presented thesis is focused on behavior analysis of gears mounted on needle bearings, its effect on gears engagement as well as gears noise The topic arose as a part of the cooperation with the Josef Bozek National Centre of Competence. The aim of the work was to verify the theoretical assumptions of the wheel tilting during the engagement of the teeth and to describe the influence of the needle bearing on the gear tilting. It is assumed, influencing these parameters, the engagement and noise of the gears could change. Measuring equipmnet was built and debuged as a part of the thesis. Measurement methodology and data evaluation was developed. According to available information, no thesis focused on this problematic has been published. Subsequent chapter is focused on description of measuring equipment design as well as measurement methodology. Than the measuring equipment reliability experiments are described. Subsequently the experiments of needle bearing influence on gear behavior is explained. ) Afterwards the influence of gear axial clearance on gear tilting with respect to gear rotation speed and torque. Next part of the thesis deals with the influence of gear axial clearance on gear noise with respect to gear rotation speed and torque. Subsequent chapter is devoted to influence of gear axial clearance on gear engagement with respect to gear rotation speed and torque.
