Zpracování strategické analýzy společnosti z odvětví stavebnictví

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis on a company operating in the construction industry to identify key factors and formulate recommendations that can be used for the development of the analyzed company's strategy. For this purpose, methods of external and internal environment analysis are utilized. These methods are described in the theoretical part and then applied in the practical one. The results of the analyses are then summarized in a SWOT analysis, which then serves as a basis for suggestions and recommendations for the company's trategic management.
