Zpracování strategické analýzy společnosti z odvětví stavebnictví

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je provedení strategické analýzy podniku z odvětví stavebnictví s cílem identifikovat klíčové faktory a formulovat doporučení, která mohou sloužit jako základ pro tvorbu strategie analyzovaného podniku. Za tímto účelem jsou využity metody pro analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. V teoretické části jsou tyto metody popsány a následně aplikovány v části praktické. Výsledky analýz jsou poté shrnuty v analýze SWOT, z níž poté plynou výsledné návrhy a doporučení pro strategické řízení společnosti.

The subject of this thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis on a company operating in the construction industry to identify key factors and formulate recommendations that can be used for the development of the analyzed company's strategy. For this purpose, methods of external and internal environment analysis are utilized. These methods are described in the theoretical part and then applied in the practical one. The results of the analyses are then summarized in a SWOT analysis, which then serves as a basis for suggestions and recommendations for the company's trategic management.
