Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals machining accurate holes with required roughness. The holes are created in the hydraulic blocks for the purpose of use ball plug. Theoretical part describes production holes with a focus on surface roughness, on distribution of various methods, achieved accuracy, on roughness parameters and methods of measuring roughness. The next part describes existing production holes for ball plug in the company Ostroj a.s. The practical part is focused on the design of an alternative tool.
