Abstract
The Bachelor thesis is focused on customer satisfaction measurement in the Golf Resort using quantitative marketing research. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part of this work explains the topics related to the issue and allows me to perform my own analysis in practice.
The findings from the theoretical parts are applied in the practical part, where the actual questionnaire survey is performed.
The aim of the work is to find out the current level of customer satisfaction with the services provided. Subsequently, I propose changes to the current marketing strategy of the Golf Resort to meet the specific needs of customers.
