Návrh robotizovaného pracoviště pro nástřik rámů jízdních kol

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a robotized workplace for spraying bicycle frames. The first section shows contemporary technological paint application processes. It describes their advantages and disadvantages and defines object manipulation. The second part is dedicated to the design solution options, executing value analysis and selection of the final solution. The next part elaborates on the final solution and the selection of workspace equipment. There was drawn technical documentation of distribution equipment in the workplace and created a 3D model of the workplace in program PTC Creo.
